The S series of 6 phase hairpin alternators sets new standards in low RPM output. These units are highly efficient and use less horsepower than conventional 3 phase alternators. With 12 diodes, twin rectifier plates, and excellent airflow, they provide much better durability than standard Delco-based alternators, even in severe conditions.

This alternator comes with a 2.5" V-Pulley already installed, and an additional 2.1" 6 rib serpentine pulley is included for alternative applications.

Designed to directly replace standard Delco 10DN, 10SI, and 12SI alternators, this custom housing fits most 1963 through 1985 GM vehicles. The side output stud and seamless rear cover with a side output plug allow for better clearance and a cleaner appearance. The provided pigtail only requires a single wire connection to any ignition switched 12V+ source to turn the alternator on and off with the ignition switch.

Installation is a breeze as you simply need to run a properly sized positive and ground cable from the alternator to the battery terminals. Regardless of your wiring harness type, this alternator will work perfectly.
