Installing the Nano-HD is a breeze, even for beginners. Its "Left Positive" design allows for easy drop-in installation, making it user-friendly and convenient. Additionally, we offer custom machined wire adapters, making the installation process even easier when using aftermarket wires.

One of the key functions of the BMS is to safeguard the battery. The Nano-HD's BMS is intelligently designed to automatically disconnect the battery in case of overcharge or over discharge situations. If the voltage exceeds 15.3, indicating an issue with the charge system, the battery will be disconnected to protect itself. Similarly, if the voltage falls below 10v, indicating a problem like a parasitic draw, the BMS will disconnect the battery to prevent complete draining. The BMS will remain disengaged until voltage from another source is applied, allowing the battery to be started again.
