Whether you're running a demanding aftermarket sound system or other accessories such as lighting, winches, air pumps, and more, it is critical to add a fuse as close to the battery or power source as possible to help protect against fire and catastrophic damage caused by a short circuit.

Introducing the LR (Low Rider) Series

The SMD® Triple LR is a complete redesign of our traditional fuse blocks, built with a shorter, slimmer, low-profile design for installations where space matters.

We eliminated the long studs and reduced the amount of hardware needed, giving the LR Series a much cleaner and more compact overall design.

Additional improvements is easier wire removal. The new design allows you to remove your power wires without having to remove the top acrylic cover, making installation, maintenance, and wiring changes much easier.

Built from high-quality materials including HDPE, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and acrylic. the Triple LR is designed to look as good as it performs.

Built to withstand the elements and provide years of service, the Triple LR can be installed under the hood, in the cabin, in the trunk, or in other custom electrical installations. It is also suitable for marine applications with materials selected to resist corrosion.

*Recommended mounting location is within 18" of the power source (front battery, alternator, auxiliary battery bank, etc.).
