Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of ship date for most new, unopened items.
- 15% restocking fee applies on returns.
- Customer pays return shipping, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- No returns on custom/special orders (alternators, custom subwoofers, enclosures, etc.), opened wire kits, or wire sold by the foot.
- Contact WC Car Audio Customer Service by email, chat or phone before creating a return.
Damaged or incorrect items: Email Sales@wccaraudio.com with photos immediately.
Refunds are processed after inspection and typically issued within 2–3 weeks.

Shipping Policy
- Orders usually ship same day to 3 days, depending on stock and season.
- Free shipping on orders $99+ (exclusions: subs, amps, batteries, speakers, enclosures).
- Orders $500+ require signature on delivery.
- We ship throughout the U.S. and most international destinations.
- Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address—once marked delivered, claims must go through the carrier or Route (if purchased).
- Garage Sale items: Final Sale, no returns.
- SMD DEALERS: SMD branded items are made to order. This may result in longer turnaround times.
